Our caterer needs final s 2 weeks in advance so i am giving myself about 3 weeks so i have time to call if there s anyone who doesn t return their rsvp card. Leaving a guest two to four weeks to respond should be plenty of time. We recommend closer to 10 weeks if you re having more than a handful of out of town guests. Many guests will respond as soon as they get an invitation but to leave time for the procrastinators allow two to four weeks from the time you send out the invitation.
