Time further out is the 1961 follow up to the hit record time out which continues the exploration of odd time signatures and great original tunes and is nearly the equal of that classic 1959 record. Impex has reissued this album on 180 gram black vinyl with the impex records being comprised of those who founded cisco music those who brought those essential later steely dan albums to light infusing them with a sonic delivery that is unparalleled. For a little over 15 one gets both time out and time further out probably the best two brubeck albums.
